Theatre group Nandikar will stage two productions. Anto-Aadi-Anto, based on the works of French playwright Marguerite Duras, is about a couple who meet by chance in a hotel lobby on the day they get divorced. Naachni, based on Rasik, written by Subrata Mukhopadhyay, is about the life of the folk dancers of Purulia.

Mumbai-based Shakher Theatre will stage this production, which is based on a story by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay—the creator of the Byomkesh Bakshi series. This photo exhibition is showcasing photographs by Soumya Sankar Bose on erstwhile jatra artistes. Jatra, a folk theatre form of Bengal, comprises a mix of dialogue, songs, and instrumental music that is used to tell stories. Bose started this project when his uncle stopped performing as a jatra artiste.
