The marriage is not as strange as you think

What you need
Flour – 1.5 cups
Milk – 1 cup
Honey -1 tbsp
Salt – 1teaspoon
Baking Powder – 3 teaspoons
Melted Butter – 50gms
Bacon Bits - 1 rasher
Banana sliced – Half
Butter – 10gms for greasing the pan 10 gms for garnishing
Maple Syrup – according to taste (remember that the banana is sweet too)
Some prepping
Sift together Flour and Salt and Baking Powder
Add the rest of the ingredients and make a batter
Adjust consistency with Milk
Keep Aside for 15 mins in the refrigerator
Finally, here’s what to do
Grease a heavy pan with butter and bring to medium heat
Add the bacon bits and sauté a little to release flavor
Spread the bacon evenly all over the pan and pour the pancake batter on top
Cook on one side till the pancake is set and then place sliced bananas and flip over
Cook for a minute
You’re done. Eat hot, with butter and maple syrup on top.
