Mumbai: Prices of copper and brass appreciated in a mixed non-ferrous metal market here on Monday due to good demand from industrial users on the back of firm global cues.
While, tin and nickel slipped down on lack of industrial support.
Copper utensils scrap firmed up by Rs12 per kilo to Rs166, copper scrap heavy by Rs11 per kilo to Rs180, copper armiture by Rs11 per kilo to Rs176, copper sheets cutting by Rs11 per kilo to Rs175, copper cable scrap by Rs10 per kilo to Rs181, copper wire bar by Rs5 per kilo to Rs205, brass utensils scrap by Rs4 per kilo Rs142 and brass sheets cutting by a rupee per kilo to Rs150.
However, tin dropped by Rs15 per kilo to Rs775 and nickel by Rs5 per kilo to Rs670.
