Expanding residential footprint

As per Crisil Research, the central suburbs 2 micro-market comprises Mulund east and west. It accounts for around 6% of the total planned residential supply in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The region initially housed several pharmaceutical and engineering companies which later shut down or relocated to other regions. Most of these land parcels have been converted into residential or commercial complexes with modern amenities. The residential supply is a mix of smaller sized projects by local developers and bigger township projects by renowned names. The micro-market enjoys good connectivity to other parts of the city via road and rail.
