New Delhi: Gold prices inched higher by ₹ 35 to ₹ 30,585 per 10 grams on Monday on continued demand from local jewellers despite a weak trend overseas, reported PTI. Global gold prices pared early gains and steadied amid a firm US dollar, albeit trading above a 17-month low supported by concerns over the US-China trade tensions. In Delhi, gold rates of 99.9% and 99.5% purity gained ₹ 35 each to ₹ 30,585 and ₹ 30,435 per 10 grams, respectively. The yellow metal had gained₹ 115 in the last two sessions.
