Jharkhand records 63.53% polling for 4 Lok Sabha seats
Polling was held in Dhanbad, Dumka, Raj Mahal and Godda Lok Sabha constituencies
Ranchi: Altogether 63.55% polling was recorded on Thursday in the third and final phase of polling in four Lok Sabha seats in Jharkhand.
The fate of 72 candidates including former chief ministers Shibu Soren of Jharkhand Mukti Morch (JMM), Babulal Marandi of the Jharkhand Vikas Morcha-Prajatantric and Sunil Soren of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), was sealed in EVMs.
Polling was held in Dhanbad, Dumka, Raj Mahal and Godda Lok Sabha constituencies.
The first phase of polling for four seats was held on 10 April (58.3%) and the second phase (63.45%) for six seats on 17 April.
