NSA against Varun Gandhi: UP moves SC

New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday moved an application in the Supreme Court to set aside a recommendation of its advisory board to withdraw charges against Varun Gandhi under the National Security Act (NSA). The court will on 14 May hear Gandhi’s petition challenging his detention under NSA.
