Discussions between Indian leaders and former Nepal prime minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal in the past week focused on the constitution-making process
New Delhi: Nepal, a key country in India’s neighbourhood, could have a new constitution by the middle of next month, around the time India celebrates 68 years of its independence. This comes seven years after the abolition of monarchy at the end of a 12-year-long civil war and Nepal being declared a republic.
