New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday asked a lawyer to get the opinion of the attorney general (AG) before it accords hearing to his plea seeking contempt action against Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union (JNUSU) president Kanhaiya Kumar, former Delhi University lecturer S.A.R. Geelani and a few others on the ground that they allegedly termed the execution of Afzal Guru as “judicial killing".
