Report on ‘Integrity Pact’ released
New Delhi: Transparency International India (TII), a New Delhi based non-governmental organisation, on Monday released its report on its Integrity Pact (IP).
In the report released on Monday, TII did an assessment of the IP in certain PSUs which complies to the pact, including those of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL).
The report noted that around 95% of the compliant PSUs agreed that integrity pact has “helped in making the procurement process transparent."

Cases of corruption where officials from public sector were committing acts of corruption together with private sector, was “very much present in Indian business envoirment, particularly in power, mining and oil sector," a release by the organisation on the findings of the report said.
