Ltd and International Management Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Some subsidiaries include Span Air Pvt. Ltd, Centenary Trading Pvt. Ltd and Shaka Properties Pvt. Ltd.

Nath is also president of the governing board of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad—a business school. Bakul Nath is vice-president on the board.
