New Delhi: All Indians in Kabul are safe, external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj said on Tuesday after a powerful explosion rocked the Afghan capital’s heavily- fortified diplomatic area.
Swaraj, in a tweet, said she had spoken with India’s Ambassador to Afghanistan Manpreet Vohra and he informed her that all Indians there were safe.
According to reports, at least five people were killed and 20 others injured when an attacker riding a motorcycle blew himself up inside the city’s diplomatic zone.
