Bail denied to corporate honchos

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday signaled its disinclination to grant bail to the 2G scam accused when it dismissed the bail plea of Unitech’s Sanjay Chandra, Swan Telecom’s Vivek Goenka, Reliance ADAG executives Gautam Doshi, Hari Nair and Surendra Pipara on the twin grounds of "the gravity of the accusation" and the possibility of them tampering with evidence.
