SC raps telecom ministry over 2G scam

New Delhi: The Supreme Court said on Wednesday it was incorrect for the country’s telecom ministry to brush aside the reservations raised by the prime minister’s office regarding telecom licence allocation.

“The brushing aside of the PMO’s reservations was not at all correct," a Supreme Court bench said.
