BackPakistan struck by another earthquake, tremors felt in Delhi
The USGS said the 6.8 magnitude quake struck Awaran in Pakistan’s Baluchistan province

New Delhi: An earthquake of magnitude 6.8 struck Awaran in Pakistan’s Baluchistan province in the afternoon on Saturday, the US Geological Survey said on its website. Tremors were reportedly felt in New Delhi as the quake struck 96 kilometers north-northeast of Awaran in Balochistan province bordering Afghanistan and Iran.
Awaran is still recovering from a magnitude 7.7 earthquake that on Tuesday that has killed more than 300, and has created an island measuring 100 meters (328 feet) in length and about 35 feet in height emerged off the Gwadar coast after the quake.
