CBI registers case in R&AW purchase case
CBI registered an FIR against three directors of M/s Sai Baba Builders and Consultants for showing favours in the supply of pre-fabricated shelters for SFF

New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said on Wednesday that it had registered a first information report (FIR) against three directors of M/s Sai Baba Builders and Consultants, unknown officials of Cabinet Secretariat and Special Frontier Force (SFF) for repeatedly showing favours in the supply of pre-fabricated shelters for SFF at high altitude locations causing undue gain (2009-13) to the suppliers to the extent of ₹ 22 crores approximately."
The SFF works under India’s external intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing.
The CBI is searching three places (two in Delhi and one in Kolkata) against three directors of M/s Sai Baba Builders (Shyam Sunder Bhatter, Mrs Manjari (w/o SP Singh) and JPN Singh), an official said.
