On average, 35.03 minutes, that’s how late.

Some may think that’s not bad for a transport network that carries around 8.2 billion passengers a year and operates 2000 passenger trains everyday.

Bihar is the worst stage in terms of delays -- the average delay is around an hour -- and Gujarat the best (the average delay is just 14 minutes).

A delay of 14 minutes should be bearable, especially for someone with a mobile data connection.

But how good is connectivity?

Three of the Rajdhanis fare well on this front, with the Kolkata, Delhi one coming out best in terms of mobile connectivity.
