New Delhi: Sony and Superhot development team have announced that both the default gaming app Superhot and its virtual reality compatible Superhot VR will be launching for PlayStation 4 (PS4) on Friday, said a report in Indieobscura.com. Both versions are currently available only for PC and Xbox One, and the VR version, which is considered the best version will now be compatible with the PS4’s PlayStation VR unit, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, added the report.

Independent gaming app Supershot is a refreshing spin on the first-person-shooter genre that allows pretty intense slow-motion and tactical battles as players can systematically smash through enemies using an array of different weapons, said a report in Polygon.

Both Superhot and Superhot VR are priced at $24.99 each, and would offer an additional discount to PlayStation Plus members. Superhot VR is a standalone product, but the two are bundled together for $39.99, added the report. Sony says Superhot VR is fully adapted for both the PlayStation Move and DualShock 4 controllers.
