MG Gloster gets an all black edition: Here’s how much it is priced

PremiumMG Motor India has launched a new edition of the Gloster SUV. Called the MG Gloster Blackstorm, the special edition features a black-painted body with striking red accents on front and rear bumper, ORVMs, door protectors on side, inside the headlamps and brake callipers.

MG Gloster Blackstorm interior
Inside, MG Gloster Blackstorm replaces tan-coloured seats with an all-black layout and red stitches. The cabin too is black-themed with red accents on the steering wheel. Like the exterior, the interior of the SUV has a sporty design.
Mechanical features of the SUV remain the same. It comes powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine which is capable of producing 161bhp and 375Nm of torque. There is a twin-turbo version as well. It can deliver 215bhp and 480Nm of torque. Both versions are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
MG Gloster boasts of a 31.2-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with over 75 connected-car features. Live weather updates, remote function for the music system, ambient lighting, and AC via the i-Smart 2.0 app are some of the features of the SUV. Audio performance on the new SUV is taken care of by the 12 speaker sound system. The SUV comes with a panoramic sunroof.
MG Gloster comes with the existing Gloster’s Advanced Driver Assist System (ADAS) in addition to the first-in-segment features such as Door Open Warning (DOW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), and Lane Change Assist (LCA).
Safety features on the MG Gloster are 360-degree camera, Level 1 with Blindspot detection, Automated Emergency Braking (AEB), heated seats, wireless charging, an air filter, and connected technology.
