Ola Electric announces to commence deliveries of Ola S1 Air in July: A look at the top features of S1 Air
Ola S1 Air was launched in the country last year. It is the company’s most affordable e-scooter yet.

Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has teased Ola S1 Air electric scooter online. In a post on micro blogging site Twitter, the CEO wrote “Test drove the first S1 Air vehicles!! Loving them." In the tweet, he also revealed that deliveries of Ola S1 Air will begin in July this year.
For those unaware, Ola S1 Air was launched in the country last year. The electric scooter is the company’s most affordable e-scooter yet. It is offered in three different variants and comes with a starting price of ₹84,999 for the base model.
The mid and top variants on the other hand are priced at ₹99,999 and ₹1,09,000, respectively. All prices are ex-showroom.
Ola S1 Air comes equipped with the company’s latest MoveOS 3 and is said to have a range of 76km. Buyers can choose from Coral Glam, Jet Black, Liquid Silver, Neo Mint, and Porcelain White colour variants of the electric scooter.
Ola S1 Air packs a 2.5KWh lithium-ion battery and takes about 4.5 hours to charge fully. The company claims that Ola S1 Air can jump from 0 to 40km in 4.3 seconds. It has a top speed of 85kmph. It is equipped with three different modes – Eco, Sport, and Reverse. It is said to have an IDC range of 100 km in Eco mode.
Ola says that the scooter weighs 99kg, which is lighter than similarly priced internal combustion engine (ICE) scooters. Customers will get drum brakes at the front and rear disc brakes with the new Ola S1 Air.
