Tata Motors is reportedly testing the facelifted Nexon SUV. Likely to launch in early 2024, Tata Nexon facelift’s design has leaked in new spy images. The spy shots reveal new feature that could come with the upcoming SUV.
Shared by Carversal, Tata Nexon facelift model may come with a V-shaped LED tail light design on either side. The tail light can be seen connected by an LED light bar running the length of the bootlid.
At the front, the facelifted model of the SUV may sport a new LED DRL design and LED headlamps.
Earlier leaks suggested that the 2023 Nexon model may offer features a revamped fully digital instrument console, a new gear lever for the AT variants and a redesigned touch display for AC functions. The SUV is also rumoured to have a two-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, and a 360-degree camera. There could also be a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system inside the cabin.
Tata Nexon facelift is expected to come powered by a new 1.2-litre petrol motor that was showcased at the Auto Expo 2023. The engine is capable of producing maximum output of 123bhp and 225Nm of peak torque. Engine on the SUV may be coupled with a seven-speed DCT (or DCA in Tata speak) unit.
Prototypes of 2023 Tata Nexon facelift have leaked in the past. The prototype images showed the left rear quarter of the five-seater SUV. From the render images, it can be seen that the 2023 Tata Nexon takes inspiration from the Curvv concept car that was first showcased at Auto Expo 2023 in January.
The upcoming Tata car will also have a new bumper. The 2023 Tata Nexon facelift will feature a shark fin antenna, sturdy roof rails and updated wheel arches.
