CRED urges users to be financially responsible through its new OOH campaign

The ‘Don’t Drink and Swipe’ campaign conceptualized by CRED and executed by Max Publicity and Rapport Outdoor Advertising is aligned with the brand’s commitment to rewarding responsible financial behaviour and seeks to drive home the message of the perils of going overboard during the festive season.

We are well aware that drinking and driving is sacrilegious. However it is not just the roads where the influence of alcohol can make you pay a heavy price. Ever wondered when drinking can affect your sense of financial responsibility? This is exactly what CRED, a leading credit card bill payment and rewards app, seeks to highlight in its latest Out of Home and activation campaign.

The ‘Don’t Drink and Swipe’ campaign conceptualized by CRED and executed by Max Publicity and Rapport Outdoor Advertising is aligned with the brand’s commitment to rewarding responsible financial behaviour and seeks to drive home the message of the perils of going overboard during the festive season. The campaign is live on digital screens across high traffic locations, residential areas and establishments in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune till January 11, 2022. The billboards feature a credit card slamming a POS machine, which flashes the message – Don’t drink and swipe! The idea is that the visual of the dramatic impact will impart the message of how intoxication can make judicious credit card usage difficult.

The campaign is a part of CRED’s Cheer Days festival that includes exclusive rewards, jackpots, surprises and daily activities topped with #CREDSanta Deepika Padukone.
