Saswati Sinha, Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resource at Cheil India has been honored with Brands Impact Golden Glory Award 2021 titled “Most Inspiring HR Professional of the Year" in a glittering ceremony held recently at The Leela, Mumbai.

Saswati’s rich experience of over two decades in industries like Advertising, Media and KPO brought her this prestigious achievement. Throughout her professional journey, Saswati has worked with many leading multinationals like JWT, Evalueserve, Publicis Media guiding and leading their talent vision. She has been a part of the leadership team driving organization talent audits at C-suite, cost efficiencies, and organization restructuring for productivity and agility. She has worked on global projects, their rollout, and delivered best practices across countries like Chile, China, UK to conceptualize and implement talent programs.

Speaking of the spectacular achievement, Saswati said “It is an honor to be felicitated with this award. Brands Impact executed the second edition of Golden Glory Awards after two years, the awards are meant to acknowledge and bring forward the extraordinary journeys of individuals, professionals & companies that are embarking upon the path of glory and success with their remarkable achievements. The ceremony was graced by the gorgeous Malaika Arora as the chief guest and many otherB-town and Television personalities.

Prior to this spectacular achievement, Saswati has bagged multiple awards in her professional journey including Top 100 HR Minds in India & Top 101 fabulous HR Leaders by the World HRD Congress. In her current role, as the head of Human Resources, she is focused on driving the digital transformation of talent, processes, and organization restructuring to make Cheil future-ready. Along with her HR and people mandate she is also responsible for the Legal department of the organisation being a law graduate herself. She is a firm believer of technology facilitating HR effectiveness and has implemented RPA in HR operations and also developed various online tools in-house for people development and talent acquisition. In these VUCA times Saswati believes that HR should come to the front as pillars on which business and talent can lean on to maneuver the ambiguity and be agile in transforming talent. Un-learning and re-learning is her mantra and up-skilling and re-skilling is her ‘go to’ action point for achieving the transformation.
