Jeff Lerner is a man who has been able to transform his entire life through a few amazing decisions and opportunities. His story begins with a job in piano that left him without a lot of money.

"In 2008 I was a depressed, overweight, and broke jazz musician, living in my ex-wife's spare bedroom, hiding from creditors, facing bankruptcy, and with nearly $500,000 of debt."
Jeff explains that he found an online business and after which, through a ton of hard work and learning, he is now a successful entrepreneur.

As a pianist, Lerner was often able to have conversations with other musicians about their businesses and the things that made them successful. He realized that he wanted the same thing. He was not new to the idea of entrepreneurship, but he felt that he could make it his full-time position. Unfortunately, this was not an easy path to success.
"During that time, I was able to host private in-home parties for numerous successful businessmen, including several billionaires. I also made it a point to inquire about the lives of my hosts and their careers. These conversations inspired me and I began to build my own business. All through my 20s, I started numerous businesses to try to make more than the amount I was making as a pianist. After several business failures, I was nearly half a million dollar in debt at the age of 29. I had an injury to my hand and was no longer able play. I had borrowed hundreds of thousands of dollar to open 2 restaurants and was working 10 hours a days trying to keep them afloat. Jeff Lerner recalls, "It was 2007, in the middle the great recession. My businesses and my whole life were crumbling."
Jeff Lerner Rebounded from Failure
Jeff saw a tremendous rebound from his first failure. He discovered affiliate marketing as a passion, which helped him achieve incredible success. After this, he started his own business that would allow others to have a one-stop shop for their dreams. Jeff Lerner has had many mentors in his lifetime, one of which helped him overcome his first difficulties.
"During that time, I gained an education in how to manage a business more effectively than any MBA program could have ever provided. It was a difficult task to manage an internet company with over 80 employees, and a leader who wasn't well checked out. I and the consultant had to work together to implement systems and processes that would not only keep it going but improve it. I learned more than the textbook could teach me about managing people, culture, and change. And all the while, I had a brilliant business consultant to help me decide what process to apply in which situation. Tom Bardeen was the name of that consultant. When I was growing my digital company and was named to Inc. 5000 for my first time, it became clear how Tom had impacted my entire life. I tried to contact him by phone to say thank you for the positive impact he made on my life, but instead I got in touch with his family to find out that he had already passed." Jeff remembers that he should know how thankful he is for his tutelage.
Tom was his mentor and inspiration. For those who want to start their own business, he advises them to seek out advice from successful people, and to review everything and everyone.
Jeff advises, "Learn ONLY FROM people who are as successful (or more) as you want in BOTH business AND life."
Jeff Lerner: Become Successful by Never Stopping
Jeff Lerner's quick climb to success has been unaffected by the fact that he never stopped. He was able to start Entre Institute, a business that helps people realize their dreams. Jeff does not plan on slowing down. After overcoming such a challenging time in his life, Jeff has proved that anything is possible if one has a positive mindset and doesn't give up. He hopes to scale up his business and do more in the next year.
Jeff says, "My goal was Scaling ENTRE to $100M revenue, launching software companies, and finishing my novel."
