Subtitled How to Quit Your Job, Live Your Dreams, and Make Six Figures Your First Year Flipping Real Estate, the book is 102 pages long.
After some time, Ryan began expanding his business, which has now grown to six major companies, all of which he runs himself. Homerun Offer is his real estate investment company and is active in flipping, buying, and wholesaling rentals across the US. Ryan is also the owner of Forever Home Realty, a real estate brokerage whose primary focus is investments in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ryan also has companies that cater to people’s needs outside the scope of real estate. He has a CPA firm called True Books, which specializes in real estate professionals’ accounting needs. Ryan owns an e-commerce service as well called Lunar e-comm, a company that creates e-commerce stores for people. To fulfill his goal of educating others in real estate, Ryan built Future Flipper, a virtual academy for those aspiring to get into the business of flipping houses.
Ryan boasts his ability to delegate the right people for every role in his business as a major part of his companies’ success. Obtaining quality manpower is mandatory as this is the only way to effectively manage his multiple businesses. For this reason, he’s always hands-on in training his people to produce quality results even when they work unsupervised.
Helping people has been the backbone of Ryan’s companies, and he doesn’t plan on changing that. For him, there’s a need for transformation in the way people think about real estate and the successes and failures associated with it.
