With only around $10,000 in his bank account coupled with a determination to succeed, Ryan began flipping houses in 2015. Since then, the young man has sold hundreds of homes on his way to acquiring the financial independence he’s striving to achieve.
With close to ten companies to his name, Ryan Pineda is the picture of success and fulfillment at the young age of 32. From flipping couches, he is now one of the leading wholesale real estate investors in the country. Ryan’s undisputed success in all his ventures is something everybody wants to experience, so he’s teaching others his skills as well.
Ryan started his journey in the real estate business in 2010 when he worked as a realtor for an agency. He soon realized that he wanted to go in a different direction in his quest to build a career in this industry. Ryan wanted to take his talents to a greater height so that he could also help others fulfill their dreams of financial freedom.
With only around $10,000 in his bank account coupled with a determination to succeed, Ryan began flipping houses in 2015. Since then, the young man has sold hundreds of homes on his way to acquiring the financial independence he’s striving to achieve. In the process, Ryan has helped others in the real estate business by teaching them valuable lessons and skills on flipping properties.
In 2018, Ryan released a book entitled Flip Your Future that became an instant hit on Amazon. The book, which happens to be Ryan’s first-ever venture in being an author, was his challenge to all individuals looking for financial freedom. Subtitled How to Quit Your Job, Live Your Dreams, and Make Six Figures Your First Year Flipping Real Estate, the book is 102 pages long.
After some time, Ryan began expanding his business, which has now grown to six major companies, all of which he runs himself. Homerun Offer is his real estate investment company and is active in flipping, buying, and wholesaling rentals across the US. Ryan is also the owner of Forever Home Realty, a real estate brokerage whose primary focus is investments in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ryan also has companies that cater to people’s needs outside the scope of real estate. He has a CPA firm called True Books, which specializes in real estate professionals’ accounting needs. Ryan owns an e-commerce service as well called Lunar e-comm, a company that creates e-commerce stores for people. To fulfill his goal of educating others in real estate, Ryan built Future Flipper, a virtual academy for those aspiring to get into the business of flipping houses.
Ryan boasts his ability to delegate the right people for every role in his business as a major part of his companies’ success. Obtaining quality manpower is mandatory as this is the only way to effectively manage his multiple businesses. For this reason, he’s always hands-on in training his people to produce quality results even when they work unsupervised.
Helping people has been the backbone of Ryan’s companies, and he doesn’t plan on changing that. For him, there’s a need for transformation in the way people think about real estate and the successes and failures associated with it. This is why he uses his social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and even his website to create this much-needed difference in the industry.
