Subsequently NASSCOM in its report emphasizes on the need of reskilling and in case it does not happen, 40% of our current workforce may become irrelevant.

These challenges are creating the requirement of systems, which could support measures to strengthen the capacity of professionals to respond to these current challenges as well as to adapt and respond effectively to both anticipated and unanticipated changes.
