Sharma will be in charge of the company's research and development strategy in addition to advancing the pipeline growth and development initiatives.

Dr. Rajendra Kharul, Dr. Uday Gokhale, Dr. Rajendra Jagdhane, and Dr. Mahadev Patil are the newly appointed members of the BCSPL R&D team. All the eight R & D specialists have PhDs and postdoctoral degrees in Synthesis Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering from reputable international and Indian institutions.

BAL is constantly working on assembling a potent team of seasoned experts who are pioneers in their specialised areas. Sanjeev Kharbanda, a prominent business transformation leader and finance expert, had just been hired by the firm to serve as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

A robust R&D section is vital for us, especially at this critical time when BAL is poised for explosive growth. By utilising R&D veterans, we aim to accelerate the R&D-driven advancements we already produce. We are concentrating on the development of active ingredients/intermediates that have recently come out of product patents and are also on a growth curve in India and internationally in order to support our country in its effort to become "atmanirbhar" in the field of agrochemicals. Our goal is to create fully backwards-integrated, patentable innovations that start from the bulk and use safer, greener chemistry. This plan will assist us in becoming independent and, as a result, lessen our reliance on other nations," said Mr. Vimal Alawadhi, Managing Director, Best Agrolife Ltd.

Best Agrolife Limited is listed among the top 15 agrochemical companies in India. It is a research-based company focused on bringing world-class and cost-effective crop solutions in the form of novel agrochemical formulations to the agricultural industry to improve crop productivity.
