Tarun Kodnani and Varun Kodnani, the two brothers, who started, a fully automated time tracking and workforce productivity software, have created AI tools to help firms boost the time utilization of individuals and teams. Having worked with 386 organizations, across 4,782 teams and over 56,000 users, the duo claims that the overall productivity of organizations increases by at least 31 percent after 6 months of implementation of the software.

In today’s competitive landscape where productivity is benchmarked against demanding parameters, creating a healthy work-life balance is in fact a requirement to meet such demands. After this discovery phase of 3-4 months, their AI tools can smartly recommend the highest priority action points which can be implemented in a few months. This is to overcome the biggest bottlenecks with respect to efficiency and workforce productivity.
