Medical aesthetics has evolved through a sea of changes in the recent past. Abrahamyan is an Armenian-American humanitarian, philanthropist, and clinician with nearly 20 years of experience in pediatric and adult neurosurgery. In 2021and 2022, she was recognized among the top 100 aesthetic injectors in the U.S.A. Abrahamyan, however, has not limited her skills to being an injector. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in science from California State University, Abrahamyan majored in cellular and molecular biology at the California State University of Northridge. She then obtained her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Western University of Health Sciences in 2003. Soon after her master's, Abrahamyan started working at a busy sports medicine practice offering medical guidance to athletes and geriatric patients. During this time, she discovered her interest in more challenging fields of medicine and joined Cedars Sinai Medical Center’s Neurosurgical Institute as a PA.
To balance her stressful career as the director of clinical services at a neurosurgical practice, Abrahamyan channeled her knowledge into helping men and women regain their self-confidence through aesthetic treatments. In 2007, she founded Go Flawless Now to make people realize the concept of sustainable beauty that doesn't necessarily mean looking artificially young. The med spa specializes in an innovative and minimalist approach to new-age medical aesthetics, delivering the most realistic and natural-looking results. Go Flawless Now offers very specialized services and is not a one stop shop. She specializes in advanced aesthetic injectables and officers an array of holistic anti- aging treatments for people who want to age gracefully without any artificial injections.
Starting her journey as a certified aesthetic injector in 2007, Abrahamyan has gained 15 years of experience in the field of medicine and medical aesthetics. To date, Abrahamyan has spent countless hours training in some of the best dermatology and cosmetic surgery clinics in Beverly Hills and around the globe to gain the expertise and knowledge in aesthetics that she has.
Leveraging this knowledge, she launched a luxury skincare line RxRenew in 2021. Her very first product is a scientifically researched lip care product which was launched after 2 years of rigorous quality testing by Abrahamyan and formulated for surgical, oncology, and aesthetic patients. Total Lip Care (T.L.C.) effectively heals dry and chapped lips. It has plant based, nourishing antioxidants to visibly diminish vertical lip lines while stimulating synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid. It also prolongs the results of aesthetic lip injections through antioxidants, nourishment, and hydration. Within 4 months of its launch,the product sold out without any promotion or marketing.
Abrahamyan’s remarkable contributions to medical aesthetics and neurosurgery have been covered by more than 100 renowned publications, including Forbes, MarketWatch, NBC, and Yahoo. Apart from this, Abrahamyan also actively participates in humanitarian work around the world. She has spoken at numerous aesthetic training sessions across the US and is the recipient of the Human Anatomy/Cadaver Lab Award (2010) and Senate Certificate for humanitarian work as a P.A.-C (2015).
Gohar Abrahamyan will continue her contributions to medical aesthetics with Go Flawless Now because she is on a mission to change the perception of beauty for men and women.
