Popularly known as “New Jhansi" where the investors are happy as the ROI is almost 400% i.e., if a plot was bought in the year 2016-17 @ Rs. 9 lakhs, now its price is Rs. 40 lakhs if a flat was purchased @ Rs. 15 lakhs in the year 2016-17 now its price is Rs. 45 lakhs. A good size villa which was @ Rs. 45 lakhs in 2016-2017 now its price is now Rs. 175 lakhs.

In present times when most of the real estate developers are unable to deliver their launched projects or are struggling with delayed project deliveries, the Group has delivered all of its projects much before RERA timelines. In current times when unsold inventories are being piled up, the Group has been able to sell & book its inventory purely on word-of-mouth publicity of its customers and residents and without much media blitzkrieg.

Committed to the development vision of the Uttar Pradesh government, Sanfran Group has entered into a joint venture with the R.S.V consortium, Europe and MORO Residential Ltd. U.K. and has committed an investment of over Rs. 4700 in U.P. & Bundelkhand.

We have given villas ranging from 17 lakh to 2 cr. and the Group has also contributed in government revenues of approx. 107 cr. through various taxes like stamp duty, GST, Labour cess, inspection fee, income tax etc. and generated employment of approx. 20,000.
