The verdict is out. The Week 1 winners for the big fat CRED Independence Day offer – where CRED members had a chance to get a GoPro camera, or a pair of Nike Air Jordans, or boAt BassHeads earphones at just ₹11 – have been announced. In what really seemed to be a game of ‘fastest fingers first’, the exciting prizes that were all gone in a matter of seconds for the first four days of the offer. The response was overwhelming and CRED members placed bids for their favorite products at ‘prices of the past’ within seconds of the contest opening.
On August 1, the first and fastest 3 members who visited the CRED Store got their hands on a limited edition Nike Air Jordan 1 High Bordeaux worth ₹21,999 at just ₹11. The winners, Ram Avtar Gupta, Shani Chandarana and Jogesh Sharma won in 3 seconds, 39 seconds and 54 seconds respectively.
The next day, on August 2, 500 CRED members got a chance to buy Boat Bassheads 100 Stereo In-Ear earphones worth ₹999 for just ₹11. The results were astounding as the first three winners - Bhupendar Kumar, Kapil Kumar and AKM Mishra bagged the earphones in the first second itself. .
The offer for August 3 was unbelievable. The winners Sai Narayana, Kapil Kumar and Sujit Ojha got the Hero 8 GoPro camera worth ₹36,500 at ₹11 only within the first second of the contest opening. The next day, on August 4, 800 CRED members got a Nutella hazelnut and cocoa spread for ₹11. While Aayushi Agarwal was the fastest here at 2 seconds, Dhruv Agrawal and Sreeram Sridharan managed the feat in 3 seconds.
If you didn’t make it for the first four days, there is still hope.
