BRAND POST

India, 8th June 2022: Zreya Wealth Technologies Pvt Ltd is a fintech platform in the personal finance space based out of Coimbatore. 77% of the Indian population is literate. As per a recent study by SEBI, only 27% of the Indian population is financially literate.

This highlights the need for increased financial literacy across the country, especially in tier II and III cities and beyond. Financial literacy refers to the ability to effectively manage several financial skills, including personal finance management, budgeting and investing.

Zreya is building its proprietary platform to cater to the middle and low-income groups. Zreya democratises the services of a financial planner to the middle and low-income groups. The company is running a pre-launch campaign across 23 states in the country to spread financial literacy.

Zreya wealth believes in comprehensive financial planning. When product sales are the main priority, the financial planning process itself is compromised to enable the sale of products. A fee-based financial planning service which is unbiased has always remained costly and out of reach of Bharat consumers.

Financial education has to start at a young age. The company is running a pan India talent hunt show for students for the Best Money Manager title. The company aims to onboard 50000 users before September 2022.

Venkatesh TK, the founder and CEO of the company says “ We are a fintech startup aimed at building a financially literate Bharat leveraging technology with the human touch is what we practice in Zreya. Our service should be accessible to everyone and we believe there is a need to democratize wealth management services for the underserved middle-income group predominantly from tier II and III cities across the country."

Zreya wealth aims to create a financially literate Bharat where customers can make informed decisions and not just depend on expert advice. With the increased use of technology, many seek information on the internet. Here again, getting influence free information is very difficult.

The company also aims to provide a complete tech-based tool to do comprehensive financial planning. This will reach more people with just an app download and offer unbiased need analysis. The company believes that technology alone cannot bridge this gap and envisions including like-minded people as Wealth Catalyst in their journey. Its Wealth Catalyst will spread the app tool and enable it to reach every corner of the country. This will be a game-changer as there are many who need such a service before purchasing any financial product and not just bombarded with only financial product sales.
