  • The partnership is aligned with the goal of the Indian government to make healthcare accessible and affordable for tier 2 and tier 3 populations
  • Zopper to extend Zyla’s personalized wellness offering to its corporate clients along with group health insurance, offering employees a fully integrated concierge healthcare experience

November 29: Zyla Health, India’s leading personalized care management platform has tied up with Zopper, India’s largest Insurance Infrastructure API Platform to roll out a special integrated offering. Through this partnership, people across India will have access to Zyla’s personalized wellness platform, when they purchase an insurance product through Zopper’s embedded ecosystem.

In India, there are merely 0.75 million total active allopathic doctors. There is an even smaller number of specialists treating chronic diseases. Of these, more than 75% of doctors are concentrated in our overpopulated Tier-1 cities. With the emergence of the digital economy, changing demographics and strong economic development in the Asia Pacific Region, the demand for embedded insurance has taken a different form already.  This partnership is aligned well with the goal of the Indian government to make healthcare accessible and affordable for tier 2 and tier 3 populations.

Given the technological prowess of both the organizations, the wellness products are deeply integrated in Zopper’s user journey. The alliance aims at providing users with highly personalized healthcare as well as enjoy a seamless end-to-end 24x7 care experience with complete transparency.

Commenting on the partnership, Ms. Khushboo Aggarwal, Founder & CEO, Zyla Health said, “We are very excited about this long-term partnership with Zopper. With Zopper's strong reach across the country and Zyla's value addition in terms of healthcare impact in the lives of customers, this partnership can be a game changer in the insurtech-healthtech space in India. We will ensure the highest utilization of Zyla's care offering among a large base of users as we scale this association."

Mr. Surjendu Kuila, Co-Founder & CEO, Zopper said, “A holistic health package is always a good mix of wellness and insurance. With Zyla’s strong product understanding on wellness clubbed with Zopper’s technology prowess and last mile distribution, the industry will witness something unique, with the two powerhouses coming together."

As a part of this partnership, Zopper will add a unique value-added product to its embedded insurance offering where wellness and care will be powered by Zyla, promising high utilization and high NPS.
