Array Networks, Inc., a networking company based out of Bangalore and California, on Wednesday said it has invested over $2 million in setting up an Array Center for Technology and Innovation (ACTI) located in Bangalore.
ACTI will be equipped to support requirements of its customer across the globe, although in the initial years it will support India and APAC markets, according to a company statement.
The lab features state-of-the-art technology and has a fully equipped customer training center capable of providing enhanced support to local and global customers.
ACTI will also help Array Networks create custom-made solutions for Indian customers enabling it to launch new products in shorter timelines.
"Our team will work towards providing cooperation and support needed to create more focused products for our customers. ACTI has aided in providing timely feedback and first-hand insights needed for our engineering team to maintain high standards and drive profitable growth momentum," said Shibu Paul, Vice President- International Sales at Array Networks in the statement.
He added ACTI has assisted in increasing the company’s revenue and improving bottomline as well.
