Tech Mahindra board approves proposal to acquire 100% stake in Zen3 Infosolutions (America)

Tech Mahindra board on Monday approved proposal to acquire 100% stake in Zen3 Infosolutions (America).

Tech Mahindra said $42 million will be paid initially when the deal gets closed and another $22 million will be paid over three years, which will be linked to Zen3's financial performance.

Tech Mahindra on Monday declared interim dividend of ₹10 per share.
