Anshul Jain has over two decades of experience in real estate consultancy in South-East Asia (India, Singapore and Indonesia) and Europe (UK, Central and Eastern Europe). At present, he is responsible for driving growth and transformation at Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate consultant firm, in India. After a brief stint at Space Matrix Design Consultants in Gurugram, Jain was heading DTZ Ltd, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2015. EAT
I love shopping for exotic ingredients and then experimenting with them—it’s like meditation for me. I can whip up a decent Mexican, Italian and even Oriental dish.
PLAY
Tennis has been my favourite sport growing up. Of late, I have taken a liking to spraying balls on the golf course, too. I am also into rafting—it gives me a thrill that can’t be explained in words.
LOUNGE
I prefer reading historical fiction. The Conqueror series on Genghis Khan and The Peacock Throne on Mughal history were particularly exciting. I love watching romantic films and nothing can beat the wit and romance of Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts in Notting Hill.
