The Indian economy, which expanded at a four-month high in January, continued to strengthen in February, seeing accelerations in both manufacturing and services sectors during the month. While services sector output climbed to a seven-month high in February, manufacturing sector output reached a five-month high, firming India’s position as one of the fastest-growing major economies.
Noida authority gives permission to process registries of 13,600 flats in 35 stalled housing projects
The Noida authority has given its nod to process the registries of at least 13,600 flats in 35 stalled housing projects. The permission has been granted after realtors gave their written consent to pay land dues, according to a report by the Hindustan Times.
The total dues of the developers is ₹2,000 crore of which they have agreed to pay ₹552 crore to obtain the permission for registries for the stalled housing projects. Read more here

The price of 24-carat gold is ₹6,315.7 per gm, a decrease of ₹711. The price of 22-carat gold is ₹5,785.2 per gm, down by ₹651.
The percentage change in the price of 24-carat gold over the last week has been 0.01 percent, while over the last month, it has shown an increase of 1.24 percent.
The gold April 2024 MCX futures were trading at ₹62,271 per 10 gm, showing an increase of 0.196 percent at the time of publishing.
