ICSE, ISC Result 2026 LIVE: Updates to this blog have ended

In ICSE General category, students recorded a 99.26% pass rate, followed by OBC candidates who registered 99.24% pass percentage.

Girls outperformed boys once again by registering a pass percentage of 99.46%, compared to 98.93% recorded among boys.

In the ICSE (Class 10) examination, an overall pass percentage of 99.18% was recorded. A total of 2,56,590 candidates qualified the exam out of 2.58 lakh students who appeared.

There will be no compartment exams this year as CISCE discontinued this examination for ISC (Class 12) from 2024. Students who fail one or more subjects in the ISC 2026 result will have to appear for the ISC board examination in the next session. Online registration for the 2027 ISC examination cycle will start in July–August 2026.

CISCE will declare rechecking results tentatively in the first week of June.

CISCE will conduct improvement exam tentatively from 15th June onwards for which registration window will open on 8 May and close on 14 May. Results of improvement exam are expected in last week of July.

CISCE will open rechecking portal on 1 May and will close it on 4th day, on 4 May.

CISCE does not provide percentage figure on the ISC Class 12 marksheet. Students must use the official four-subject formula to calculate pass percentage.

Steps to check and download ICSE, ISC Result 2026 are given below:

Step 1: Visit CISCE's official website: https://cisce.org or https://results.cisce.org.

Step 2: For ICSE (Class X) Year 2026 Main Examination Results, select “ICSE', from the dropdown of 'Course` options. To get ISC (Class XII) Year 2026 Main Examination results, select “ISC”.

Step 3: Enter Unique ID, Index Number, and CAPTCHA before clicking on Show Result.

Step 4: The user will be directed to result page. To print the results, click on Print button provided on the Results web page.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has declared both ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) results.

CISCE will declare re-evaluation results within three weeks after the closure of re-evaluation window. It will be available on CISCE's website ‘www.cisce.org’ and CAREERS Portal of CISCE.

The official notice states, “The online module to submit the requests for Re-evaluation will be available a day after the Declaration of Results for Recheck. The module will be available only for three days. 6. The date of the declaration of Re-evaluation results will be notified to all the stakeholders through the website of CISCE (https://cisce.org).”
