The foundation exams were held on September 13, 15, 18, 20 while intermediate exams for Group 1 was held on September 12, 14, 17 while Group 2 on September 19, 21, 23.

In the CA Inter exams conducted in May, the group 1 pass percentage: 27.15 per cent, Group 2 : 18.28 per cent. 
Pass Percenatge combined was 18.42 per cent.

A total of 91,900 candidates appeared for the CA Foundation June examination. 13,749 candidates cleared the examination, while the overall pass percentage was 14.96 percent. Out of 48,580 male candidates, 7766 passed the examination with a pass percentage of 15.66 percent. The pass percentage among females was lower than that among male candidates. Out of 42,320 females, 5983 passed the examination. The pass percentage of female candidates was 14.14 percent.

The specific time of release of the results has not been officially confirmed, however, ICAI stated that the results for CA Inter and Foundation is expected to be OUT today.

ICAI will be releasing the merit list, toppers names along with the results.

The passing criteria includes a minimum of 40% in each individual paper and a minimum of 50% overall in each group.

The statement by the ICAI stated, “The results of the Chartered Accountants Intermediate and Foundation Examinations held in September 2024 are likely to be declared on Wednesday, the 30th October 2024 and the same can be accessed by candidates on the website icai.nic.in. It may be noted that for accessing the result at the above mentioned website the candidate shall have to enter his/her registration no. along with his/her roll number.”
