The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on August 24 declared the NEET PG Result 2024. Candidates can check their result on the official website i.e. natboard.edu.in

NEET PG Result 2024: How to check

Step 1: Visit the official website of NBE at nbe.edu.in or natboard.edu.in

Step 2: Click on the 'NEET PG' link on the homepage

Step 3: Click on the NEET PG result 2024

Step 4: A new window displaying NEET PG results will open. Click on NEET PG 2024 Results: NEET PG

Step 5: Check your result in the list by using your name or roll number

Step 6: Save and download the PDF

NEET PG Result 2024: Qualifying criteria

The eligibility criteria for participation in NEET PG counselling will be in accordance with the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023, which are as follows:

General/EWS: 50th Percentile

SC/ST/OBC: (Including PwD of SC/ST/OBC) 40th Percentile

UR-PwD: 45th Percentile

Earlier, the NBEMS had issued a notification stating that it had adopted examination processes similar to what AIIMS-New Delhi follows.

“NBEMS has adopted the process which is currently being used by AIIMS-New Delhi for its various examinations conducted in more than one shift including but not limited to INI-CET, in preparation of result for NEET-PG 2024,"stated the notification.

NEET PG 2024

The NEET PG 2024 exam was held on August 11, 2024, in two shifts. Candidates who appeared for the exam, can access their individual scorecards within a few days.

The examination saw a total of 2,16,136 candidates appear in 416 centres spread across 170 cities in 31 states.

NBEMS held the exam in two shifts— the first from 9 am to 12:30 am and the next from 3:30 pm to 7 pm— instead of the usual one single shift format.

The NEET PG scores will be valid for admission to 13,886 Master of Surgery (MS), 26,699 Doctor of Medicine (MD), and 922 PG Diploma seats.
