Ariyalur district takes the top spot as the best performer in the Tamil Nadu HSE +2 results. It registered an impressive pass percentage of 98.8% this year.

School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi announced the Tamil Nadu Class 12 board examinations results on May 8. The Tamil Nadu Board said that a total of 26,887 students obtained perfect 100 marks in at least one subject.

School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi declared TN HSE Class 12 results.

Girls have outperformed boys by obtaining a 96.7% pass percentage, while boys have secured a 93.16% pass percentage in the Tamil Nadu HSC exam 2025.

A total of 2,638 schools recorded a perfect 100% pass rate among 7,513 schools that participated in the Tamil Nadu HSE +2 board exams this year.

The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu declared the TN HSE results today. Students who appeared for these exams can access their results by entering registration number and date of birth at tnresults.nic.in.

Students who appeared for Tamil Nadu Class 12th exam need the following things to access results now.

The Tamil Nadu Class 12 board exam results will be released today. Over 8 lakh students eagerly waiting for the HSE +2 exams digital scorecard. The result link ‘tnresults.nic.in’ will activate at 9:15 am.

Students need to secure at least 35 marks out of 100 in each theory subject to pass the Tamil Nadu Class 12th exams. Students who fail to obtain the minimum score will have to appear in the supplementary exams conducted by the board later.

The Tamil Nadu Class 12 results for Science, Commerce, and Arts stream will be declared simultaneously, along with vocational subjects.

The result time for TN HSE+2 exams has been updated, the scorecard will be available at tnresults.nic.in at 9:15 am.

RN HSE grading system isas follows:

A1: 91-100 marks

A2: 81-90 marks

B1: 71-80 marks

B2: 61-70 marks

C1: 51-60 marks

C2: 41-50 marks

D: 35-40 marks

E1: Below 35 marks (Fail)

Last year, Kanyakumari emerged as the top performing district in the Tamil Nadu Class 12th result with an overall percentage of 95.72%.

Step 1: Register on DigiLocker website, https://www.digilocker.gov.in/ or download DigiLocker app on your phone

Step 2: Sign up using required details.

Step 3: Register by entering details such as name, email ID, Aadhaar card number, and mobile number and submit.

Step 4: Enter the security PIN received on registered mobile number.

Step 5: Now login using registered credentials.

Step 6: Click on Tamil Nadu Class 12 results link under the ‘education’ section.

Step 7: Enter Aadhaar card number and click on submit. TN HSE Result 2025 will appear on the screen.

Last year, an overall pass percentage of 94.56% was recorded in the TN HSE+2 exams and as per past trends it is expected to hover around the same figure. Girls recorded a pass rate of 96.4% - outperforming boys, while boys secured a pass percentage of 92.4%.

The wait is almost over for Class 12 students across Tamil Nadu. The TN 12th Result 2025 is expected to release soon on the official website tnresults.nic.in.

Students who fail to qualify Tamil Nadu Class 12th exam in the first attempt will be offered a second and last chance to appear for the exams.

• The TNDGE will conduct the Class 12th compartment exams 2025 in June this year.
• The result for TN HSE supplementary exams 2025 will be released in July 2025.
