Gwalior, MP Election Results 2023 Highlights: BJP candidate Pradhuman Singh Tomar had maintained a considerable lead against Congress' Sunil Sharma the initial rounds of counting. He eventually won from the Gwalior seat by a margin of 19,140 votes.

Gwalior, MP Election Results 2023 Highlights: The Gwalior seat of Madhya Pradesh saw an an intense battle between BJP leader and state Energy Minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar and Congress leader Sunil Sharma. Tomar is one of the 22 Congress MLAs who had followed Jyotiraditya Scindia in his march towards the BJP — which consequently ensured to the fall of Kamal Nath-led Congress government in the state.

The BJP leader secured 104775 votes to defeat Congress candidate Sunil Sharma. He won the polls by a margin of 19140 votes.

The ruling BJP was ahead in 43 seats and the Congress in 42 seats as per trends available from counting of postal ballots in elections to the Madhya Pradesh assembly.
