Karnataka Election 2023 result: Janata Dal (Secular) candidate GT Devegowda has won the from the Chamumdeshwari constituency in Karnataka that comes under the Mysore district. He defeated Congress' S Siddegowda by a margin of 25,500 votes.
According to the details, received from Election Commission website, GT Devegowda got 104873 votes, including 956 postal votes, while Siddegowda got 79373 votes including 643 postal votes.
In the third spot, Bharatiya Janata Party's Kaveesh Gowda V received 51318 votes, including 511 postal votes.

In brief, GT Devegowda got 42.44 percent of the total votes, while Siddegowda managed top get 32.12 percent votes. Siddegowda received 20.77 percent votes.
According to ECI website, Indian National Congress emerged victorious in 135 seats and leading in one more seat. While BJP won 65 seats. JD(S) won only 19 seats.
Apart from this, Congress registered 42.88 percent in the polls, BJP claimed 36 percent, while JD(S) could manage to win only 13.29 percent votes.
