Baaghi 4 Box Office Collection Day 4: Tiger Shroff's latest outing, Baaghi 4, saw a decent business after its release in theatres. The film wrapped up its first weekend. However, on Monday, the film witnessed a dip, owing to a working weekday.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Baaghi 4 raked in ₹1.84 crore net so far on day 4. While this is an early estimate from the website, the earnings for the day are likely to double. The final figure will only be disclosed on the website after the night shows.
With this, the total business made by Shroff's Baaghi 4 is ₹33.09 crore.
Baaghi 4 is way ahead in the race at the ticket window against Vivek Agnihotri's The Bengal Files. Both films were released on Friday.
Baaghi 4 kicked off on a much stronger note when compared with The Bengal Files. It earned ₹12 crore on its opening Friday. However, the action film saw fluctuations through the weekend, dropping to ₹9.25 crore on Saturday before rising again to ₹10 crore on Sunday. The real test was on Monday, when collections fell steeply to ₹1.84 crore. Despite this dip, the film managed to stay ahead of The Bengal Files.
On the other hand, Vivek Agnihotri’s film had a comparatively modest start, collecting ₹1.75 crore on its opening day, Friday. The film showed steady growth over the weekend with ₹2.25 crore on Saturday (up 28.57%) and ₹2.75 crore on Sunday (up 22.22%). However, like Baaghi 4, it too faced a sharp decline in its earnings on Monday, earning even less than ₹1 crore so far.
On Monday, Baaghi 4 recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 10.76% across theatres, reported the tracker.
The film started day 4 on a slower note, with morning shows drawing just 7.59% occupancy. But, it saw a slight improvement by the afternoon, where occupancy levels rose to 13.92%. Occupancy for the evening and night shows is currently awaited.
In terms of city-wise performance, Baaghi 4 saw its widest release in the National Capital Region (NCR) with 700 shows and an overall occupancy of 14%. Mumbai followed closely with 488 shows and 11.5% occupancy.
Jaipur, despite having just 128 shows, recorded the highest occupancy across cities at 20%. Chandigarh and Bengaluru also had a decent business with 13.5% occupancy each. On the other hand, Surat registered the weakest turnout with only 4.5% on Monday.
Baaghi 4 is the official Hindi directorial debut of Kannada director A Harsha.
The film stars Tiger Shroff alongside Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, Shreyas Talpade, Saurabh Sachdeva, Upendra Limaye, and Sheeba Akashdeep Sabir.
