Shah Rukh Khan stunned his followers with King trailer launch on his 60th birthday. Revealing a dapper, rugged persona, the film directed by Siddharth Anand is set for a 2026 release.

Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie ‘King’ is set to hit the silver screen next year but the superstar surprised fans on his 60th birthday with the trailer release. Teasing fans with trailer launch on 2 November, SRK created a buzz online.

The 60-year-old actor exuded confidence and charisma as he sported silver fox look with tattoos. With King of hearts in mouth, Pathaan actor jolted his followers with his dapper rough appeal in the action-packed high octane trailer.

Donning salt-and-pepper style with slight beard, shades, muscular body, a cross-body bag and the signature swagger rugged look, SRK's first appearance appealed to fans.

In the trailer, SRK can be heard saying, “Kitne khoon kiye yaad nahi, acche log the ya bure, kabhi pucha nahi bas unki aankhon me ye ehsaas dekha ki ye unki aakhri saas h….aur me uski wajah….1000 jurm, 100 deshon main badnaam, par sabne diya ek hi naam….Darr nahi , dehshat hun... It’s showtime.”

Director Siddharth Anand in a post on Instagram stated, “Sau deshon mein badnaam, Duniya ne diya sirf ek hi naam- #KING #KingTitleReveal. It’s Showtime! In Cinemas 2026.”

Fans celebrating the superstar's legacy expressed excitement and admiration for the King actor after the teaser launch. With fans praising the teaser and celebrating SRK's 60th birthday, social media flooded with reactions.

Besides lead actor Shah Rukh Khan, the action thriller features an ensemble cast, including Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Jackie Shroff, Abhishek Bachchan, Abhay Verma, and Raghav Juyal. Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor and Rani Mukerji will make a cameo appearance.

The trailer comes at a time the Bollywood superstar is preparing for a special event in Mumbai's Bandra on 2 November. Dedicated for his fans, the special fan meet is reportedly scheduled for 4:00 PM at Balgandharva Rangmandir. According to India Today report, those holding passes distributed through his fan clubs will only be allowed access to the venue.
