New parents Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa celebrate arrival of baby girl on wedding anniversary: ‘We are over the moon’

New parents Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa announced the arrival of baby girl on November 15 on the occasion of their fourth wedding anniversary. The couple shared the news about their daughter's birth through an Instagram post.

The caption to the post states, “The greatest blessing God has given us on our 4th wedding anniversary.” Sharing the memorable moment with fans through a joint post, they attached a postcard that said, “We are over the moon. God has blessed us with a baby girl. Blessed parents - Patralekhaa and Rajkummar.”

The couple tied the knot in November 2021 after being together for over a decade. Both trained at the Film and Television Institute of India, first dropped the update about the pregnancy on July 9. The caption to the joint post said, “Elated,” while the post card said, “Baby on the way.”

Meanwhile, Patralekha began her career with the film CityLights in 2014 and has appeared in various films and web series, including Nanu Ki Jaanu (2018), Bose: Dead/Alive (2017), Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu (2021), Aar Ya Paar (2022) and IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack (2024).

In the past, Rajkummar Rao described Patralekhaa as his biggest support and best friend and said, “She understands me like no one else. Our friendship is the base of everything. We don’t just share love but also respect and space to grow individually.”

Earlier this month, Katrina Kaif and her husband, Vicky Kaushal, welcomed their first child together. The couple announced the happy news of their baby boy's birth on November 7 in a collaborative post on Instagram.
