Signature Global buys 48 acres land at Gurugram for ₹1,070 cr in FY25 to build housing projects

New Delhi, Apr 18 (PTI) Realty firm Signature Global has acquired 48 acres of land for ₹1,070 crore in Gurugram during the last fiscal to develop residential projects as part of its strategy to expand business amid strong consumer demand.

The company has bought 47.71 acres land in different sectors of Gurugram (Haryana) at a total cost of ₹1,069.31 crore.

It bought 16.16 acres in Sector 71 for ₹283.09 crore, 25.62 acres in Sector 37D for ₹670.15 crore and 5.94 acres in Sector 88A for ₹116.07 crore, Signature Global said.

As part of our long-term growth strategy, we continuously replenish our land bank in Gurugram and surrounding areas to match the pace of our growing sales."

This balanced approach ensures that land acquisition and project development go hand in hand, he told PTI.

Aggarwal said the land acquisition allows the company to sustain launches at scale with confidence.

"In essence, we keep launching new projects while actively replenishing our land reserves to support our continued expansion," he added.

Earlier this month, Gurugram-based Signature Global informed that its sale bookings rose 42 per cent to a record of ₹10,290 crore in the 2024-25 financial year from ₹7,270 crore in the preceding fiscal.

It is among very few listed players to achieve more than ₹10,000 crore of sale bookings annually across the country.

Aggarwal said the company has achieved its highest-ever pre-sales and has surpassed the annual guidance of ₹10,000 crore for the 2024-25 fiscal.

"Our ability to anticipate market trends, launch timely projects in high-potential micro-markets, and consistently deliver value across the premium and mid-income segments has been central to this growth," he said.

On the other operational parameters, Signature Global has achieved record annual collections of ₹4,380 crore from customers, marking a 41 per cent annual increase.

The company's average sales realisation also improved to ₹12,457 per sq ft in FY25 from ₹11,762 in the preceding fiscal year.
