Gold Price Today: Gold prices today jumped yet again on the MCX, rising more than half a percent on Friday amid renewed hopes of Fed rate cuts. MCX gold price rose by 0.65% to hit a record high of ₹1,38,994 per 10 grams on 26 December as trading opened today.

Over the day, gold price today continued its rally and rose to ₹1,39,181 per 10 grams at 10:05 am on MCX.

Gold price in Mumbai today rose by nearly 1%, as did the overall gold rate in India. The 24 karat gold price in Mumbai was ₹1,39,500 per 10 grams, rising by ₹1,340 than the previous day. Meanwhile, the price of 22 karat gold in Mumbai was 1,27,875 per 10 gram. On the other hand, 18 karat gold rate in Mumbai was ₹1,04,625.

Gold Rate in Delhi

Gold price in Delhi today rose about 1% as well, reflecting the overall increase in gold rates across India. The 24 karat gold price in Delhi was ₹1,39,260 per 10 grams, rising by ₹1,240 than the previous day. Meanwhile, the price of 22 karat gold in Delhi was ₹1,27,655 per 10 grams. On the other hand, the 18 karat gold rate in Delhi was ₹1,04,445.

Gold price in Kolkata today jumped by nearly 1%, in line with the trend seen in other major Indian cities.
