
Fractal Analytics IPO listing: The shares of Fractal Analytics will make their stock market debut on Monday, February 16, after the mainboard IPO received a moderate response from investors during the three-day subscription period.
Fractal Analytics shares will be listed on both exchanges - BSE and NSE. The IPO was open for subscription on February 9 and closed on February 11.
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, February 16, 2026, the equity shares of Fractal Analytics Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of ‘B’ Group of Securities,” said a notice on the BSE.
Ahead of the listing of Fractal Analytics shares, investors are closely tracking trends in the grey market premium (GMP) to estimate the potential listing price. Here’s a look at today’s GMP for the IPO and what analysts are indicating.
The trend for Fractal Analytics IPO remain muted in the grey market, as per websites tracking grey market trends. Ahead of the listing, the grey market premium (GMP) of Fractal Analytics was ₹-28, as per Investorgain. This means that the shares of Fractal Analytics IPO were trading ₹28 lower than the IPO price of ₹900.
The GMP for the Fractal Analytics IPO today indicates an estimated listing price of ₹872 per share, implying a discount of 3.11% to the issue price of ₹900 apiece.
Analysts also anticipate a subdued debut for the Fractal Analytics IPO in the Indian stock market today.
By the end of the bidding period, the Fractal Analytics IPO witnessed a healthy response, led by strong participation from qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), who subscribed 4.18 times the allotted quota, followed by non-institutional investors (NIIs) at 1.06 times. Retail investors subscribed 1.03 times. Notably, on the third day of the issue, the Fractal Analytics IPO subscription stood at 2.66 times, according to BSE data.
The price band for the Fractal Analytics IPO has been set at ₹857 to ₹900 per equity share with a face value of Re 1. The lot size comprises 16 equity shares and multiples thereof.
The IPO, aggregating to ₹2,834 crore, consists of a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1,023.5 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) component of ₹1,810.4 crore. The company intends to use a portion of the proceeds to support its subsidiary in repaying certain outstanding borrowings.
Further, part of the funds will be allocated towards the purchase of laptops, acquisition of additional office space, investments in research and development, and sales and marketing initiatives, along with potential unidentified acquisitions.
