The company operates 14 multi-super speciality hospitals under the ‘Park’ brand, and has a total bed capacity of 3,000 beds as of March 31, 2025.
Park Medi World IPO opens on Wednesday, December 10, and will close on Friday, December 12. The IPO allotment date is likely December 15, and the IPO listing date is December 17. Park Medi World shares will be listed on both the stock exchanges, BSE and NSE.
Park Medi World IPO price band is set at ₹154 to ₹162 per share, and the IPO lot size is 92 shares. At the upper-end of the price band, the company plans to raise ₹920 crore from the book-building issue which is a combination of fresh issue of 4.75 crore equity shares worth ₹770 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 92.59 lakh shares amounting to ₹150 crore.
Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd. is the book running lead manager and Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the Park Medi World IPO registrar.
The trend for Park Medi World shares remains strong in the unlisted market. According to websites tracking the grey market, Park Medi World IPO GMP today is ₹20.5 per share. This indicates that in the grey market, Park Medi World shares are trading higher by ₹20.5 apiece than their issue. Park Medi World IPO GMP today signals a premium of 12.65% to the issue price of ₹162 per share.

According to Canara Bank Securities Park Medi World's cluster-based expansion and eight successful acquisitions (adding 1,650 beds) now contribute over half of revenue and profits, supported by fully owned assets, low capex per bed, and a high critical-care mix. While ARPOB remains low due to an +80% government payer mix, occupancy remains strong and competition is limited.

Park Hospital offers more than 30 super speciality and speciality services, such as internal medicine, neurology, urology, gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopaedics, and oncology. It has hospitals across several states including Haryana (Ambala, Gurugram, Karnal, Panipat, PalamVihar, Sonipat, Faridabad), Delhi, Punjab (Patiala, Mohali), and Rajasthan (Jaipur, Behror).
The company operates 14 multi-speciality hospitals under the ‘Park’ brand. All hospitals are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), and eight are also accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). The network includes facilities in Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, and Rajasthan.

Swastika Investmart believes valuation is reasonable at 29.21x P/E, compared to high industry multiples. Good mix of growth, improving margins, and fair valuation. Suitable for medium- to long-term investors.

According to Swastika Investmart, the debt repayment plan (using ₹380 Cr of IPO funds) is a major positive that will immediately boost net profit margins post-listing. Healthy EBITDA margin at 26.11% and strong RoNW of 20%, better than several listed peers.
The company aims to raise ₹920 crore through the IPO. The offer comprises a fresh issue of 4.75 crore shares aggregating to ₹770 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.93 crore shares worth ₹150 crore.

The public issue has been launched in the Indian primary market today and will remain open for bidding until 12 December 2025.
The allotment for the Park Medi World IPO will be finalised on December 15. Successful applicants are expected to receive shares on December 16, with refunds for non-allottees also processed on the same day.
Park Medi World plans to allocate ₹380 crore from the fresh issue towards repaying borrowings taken by the company and its subsidiaries. Another ₹60.50 crore will go toward setting up a new hospital and expanding both its existing facility and that of its subsidiary.

Anand Rathi believes the IPO is fairly valued and has assigned a “Subscribe – Long Term” rating.
Anand Rathi says that at the upper end of the price band, Park Medi World is valued at 32.8x FY25 P/E, translating into a post-issue market capitalisation of ₹5,355.9 crore. The brokerage noted that the company is positioned to benefit from rising demand for affordable, high-quality healthcare as it expands its hospital network through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Applications must be made in lots of 92 shares, which means retail investors need to commit at least ₹14,904.

According to market observers, the Park Medi World IPO GMP has fallen from ₹33 to ₹23 in the last two days, primarily due toweak sentiments on Dalal Street.

Bidding for the public issue will begin at 10:00 AM.
Over the past two years, the company has expanded its bed strength from 2,550 beds on March 31, 2023, to 3,250 beds as of September 30, 2025. It also has multiple expansion projects underway in Ambala, Panchkula, Rohtak, New Delhi, Gorakhpur and Kanpur.
Park Medi World is the second-largest private hospital operator in North India with a combined bed capacity of 3,000 beds, and it holds the distinction of being Haryana’s largest private hospital chain, managing 1,600 beds in the state as of March 31, 2025.
On the financial front, Park Medi World delivered a healthy increase in profitability in FY25, reporting a profit of ₹213 crore, up from ₹152 crore in FY24, although still below the ₹228 crore earned in FY23. Revenue momentum has also been strong, rising to ₹1,426 crore in FY25 from ₹1,263 crore in FY24 and ₹1,272 crore in FY23.
